Bone-in Smoked Ham

Often referred to as the Wagyu of the pork world, Berkshires are known for their marbled muscle and a rich-flavorful finished product. Our hogs are bred and born right on our farm. 

Our hams are smoked and fully cooked with the bone in, which adds to the complex flavor of the meat.
