Ground Pork Sausage

Often referred to as the Wagyu of the pork world, Berkshires are known for their marbled muscle and a rich-flavorful finished product. Our hogs are bred and born right on our farm. 

Vacuum sealed in 1lb packages, our bulk sausage is season to perfection in two different flavors. Regular has a light salt and pepper flavor, while the Southern Style has a bit of a kick with crushed red pepper flakes and some herbs.
