Pork Spare Ribs

Often referred to as the Wagyu of the pork world, Berkshires are known for their marbled muscle and a rich-flavorful finished product. Our hogs are bred and born right on our farm. 

Spare ribs are slightly larger than the baby back ribs with a bit more meat on them. The slabs are cut in half to make them more manageable and space saving no matter your method of cooking.
